This year’s ‘Sweats for Vets’ program has been quite a success thanks to the generous donations from village residents and from Borealis Dermatology, in Garden City, for their generous donation of ten sweatsuits for the veterans. Thank you Dr. Navin Arora, U.S. Army veteran, and Jaehee Lee, Assistant Manager. American Legion Auxiliary President Jacqueline Eltringham was grateful for all the donations for the veterans at the Northport VA Hospital.

Your donations are greatly appreciated by our veterans in the hospital during this holiday season. This enables them to enjoy a holiday celebration and receive a new sweatsuit and gift card. The Auxiliary appreciates your contribution to help our veterans enjoy the holidays!
